Most houses don’t need anything done to them. Most of the time there’s one specific problem, and it’s usually one of these four.

The four reasons people call
You just moved in. The big one. You have no idea how many keys exist for your new house or who has them: previous owners, their family, a realtor, a contractor, the neighbor who fed the cat. A rekey makes every one of those keys stop working, and it costs less than replacing hardware that’s perfectly fine.
The key is getting harder to turn. A lock that needs a wiggle is telling you something. Worn pins, a worn key, or a cylinder full of grit. Cheap to fix now, and a lockout later if you leave it, usually at the worst possible time.
You keep locking yourself out. Twice in ten years is bad luck. Twice in six months means you want a keypad, so there’s nothing to forget and nothing to lose.
Someone has a key you’d rather they didn’t. A tenant who moved out, an ex, a cleaner you no longer use, a contractor who had one cut. A rekey ends the question in about half an hour.
Worth mentioning while we’re there
A door that sticks in summer, a handle that’s gone loose, a lock that drags on the strike. None of those are worth a trip on their own, but tell us when you call and we’ll usually sort them while we’re already standing at the door.
Not sure which of these you’ve got? Call 844-644-6539 and describe it.
