The W Broad location covers the west side: the Hilltop, Lincoln Village, Galloway, Prairie Township, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Grove City, Urbancrest and out toward West Jefferson.
What we handle on the west side
Cars: Lost every key, need a spare, fob stopped working, locked out, or the ignition won’t turn. We cut and program keys at the vehicle. Motorcycle and ATV keys too, most years, makes and models.
Homes: Rekeys when you move in, so the old keys stop working without buying new locks. Lockouts, new deadbolts, smart locks, mailbox keys and lock repair.
Businesses: Rekeys, lockouts, panic bars, door closers, keypads and lock changes for storefronts, offices and property managers.

W Broad is by appointment, and it’s mostly for quick car key jobs: duplications and fob programming.

We work where you are
Parking lots, driveways, job sites, the side of W Broad. That’s where most of this work happens, and it’s how a lockout or a lost key gets solved without towing anything.

I’m at Hollywood Casino and my keys are gone. Can you help?
Yes, and it’s a call we get often. We come to the lot and make a new key at the car. Have your ID and something showing the car is yours.
How long until someone shows up?
Usually about 20 minutes on the west side. We’ll tell you a real time when you call.
I lost my car key at the Amazon facility in West Jefferson. Can you come make one on site?
Absolutely. We come to the lot and make the key at your car, so it doesn’t have to be towed anywhere. Tell us the year, make and model when you call and we’ll bring what we need.
Can I come to the shop?
By appointment. Call first and we’ll find a time.
I lost my only key and the car is locked. Is that a problem?
Not at all, that’s one of our most common calls. We get the door open and make a new key right there at the vehicle.
I just bought a home in Grove City. Do you service that area?
We do. Most new homeowners have us rekey the locks so the old keys stop working, which is faster and cheaper than replacing the hardware. We also handle lock changes, new deadbolts and lockouts across Grove City.
